I work with organizations to turn strategy into execution by aligning leadership, teams, and
the systems that shape how work actually happens. My focus is on closing the gap between
intention and experience—ensuring that priorities, behaviors, and structures are not just defined,
but consistently lived.
My work sits at the intersection of transformation consulting and leadership development. While leadership is a critical lever, the goal is not individual growth in isolation—it’s building the conditions that enable leaders and teams to operate effectively at scale. This includes clarifying decision-making, strengthening team dynamics, addressing burnout and misalignment, and redesigning ways of working so performance is sustainable and not left to individual discretion.

Background
My approach is informed by a cross-disciplinary background spanning nursing, global transformation work, and leadership coaching. I began my career in healthcare, where I developed a deep understanding of people under pressure, decision-making in high-stakes environments, and the human side of systems.
I’ve since led and supported transformation efforts across technology, finance, and people functions—partnering with organizations to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change. Today, as an independent consultant and leadership coach, I bring both strategic perspective and practical application to every engagement.

How I Work
I work in a way that is both structured and adaptive—balancing systems thinking with real-time problem solving. I ask direct questions, surface what’s often avoided, and partner closely with leaders to translate insight into action.
My work is grounded in psychology and cognitive science, and supported by practical frameworks, assessments, and applied tools. Whether through consulting, coaching, or facilitated sessions, the focus is always the same: moving beyond insight and into consistent, lasting change.
