As a Leadership Development Coach, I support individual contributors,
middle managers and the executive leadership team re-engage with work,
expand leadership skills, overcome burnout and effectively manage change.
Through graduate level education, I support Talent & Change Management and Organizational Learning & Development departments meet their organizational goals and develop top level talent.
I provide virtual and in-person learning workshops and 1:1/1:team coaching on stress and burnout, emotional intelligence, effective communication, conflict management, team systems, brainstorm and drill down sessions, relationship & trust building and more.

Psychology research and cognitive science are the foundation of my work, and I use various assessments, models and tools to facilitate change. Clients can work with me privately in 1:1 containers, an organizational contract, and/or live workshops & learning events.
